Maria was born in London in 1950 and lives in Sussex. After years of running a business, in 1998 she gained a first class honours degree in fine art at University College Chichester and now works as an artist.
She has exhibited at The Royal Institute for Oil Painters, St. Ives and London Art Fairs, amongst others. She is represented by galleries in London, Cornwall and Sussex and regularly takes part in the annual Brighton Open Houses Gallery Trail.
Maria has a strong interest in health and the therapeutic aspects of art which is reflected throughout her own work.
